Health and Safety and Management
  • TAYA Groups has developed a training program for new employees to ensure all staff are able to fully comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Our training includes specific for operators working in stations where you may find dust and debris, or high temperature areas.
  • Annual fire drills are held to ensure staff are fully-trained to respond to emergencies.
  • We provide additional health checks and support for employees that are exposed to loud environments as well as those who handle potentially hazardous chemical substances.
  • We maintain strict access control in and out of the factory to ensure the safety of all employees.
  • Medical kits are placed in designated areas to ensure all employees have access to one when required..
Hygiene in the Workplace
  • TAYA Groups conducts quarterly water quality tests on all drinking fountains and stations to ensure the safety of drinking water for all employees.
  • Waste disposal is entrusted to a reliable third party which provides a safe and convenient removal service for waste generated by the company.
